I use Mod Podge to adhere fabric or paper to whatever I’m making, also to seal the back side of my fabric when I’ve done a thread sketched piece and I’m soon to try a tutorial on some type of screen printing process I read about. I just need to find the blog post I saw it on! Also, I mix it with gesso and use it on fabric pieces as a primer to paint on them.

    Katherine says:

Recently I turned to Mod Podge to cover a faux pumpkin, with glitter. I’m completing a box, that has a card that opens up, [acordien style] filled with various papers, envelopes, lots of pictures and notes, for my Father. I make envelopes fairly often, and Mod Podge is perfect, for making beautiful envelops that are sturdy and last. I’m currently making more 3D stars, all are painted and glittered or covered in great papers. Also making an Advent Calendar, using little match boxes. The extra boxes will be covered in pretty paper-to make a matchbox decorative and still functional, also being used to hold little gifts, and make a little book-inspried from the free tutorial, from, “Bookplay.”[now I need to get the book!]. ALL of these crafts wouldn’t be possible without such an incredible glue, and it’s great for adhering paper, etc. yet it also is perfect to seal a collage, puzzle or just bring a glossy finish that is pretty, but also aides in making your project ever sturdier, hence it will last for a long time. Mod Podge, thank you, for such a versatile product and Lark Crafts doing this Product Bundle Giveaway :-) I would be VERY thrilled, to have Mod Podge Product Bundle, to help me further explore such a vast plethora of crafts/art/painting, that would be perfect for decorative items for holidays and being able to make various items for those close to me and those I might not know very well, but adore surprising them with something meaningful, and heartfelt: especially when a person has done something very kind for you OR they just need something to make their day better, know they are wonderful, boost their spirits and let them know people are thinking of them…It’s great to make a little book, box, ornament, card with glitter on it and the list goes on!!! I truly hope to receive this giveaway, and dealing with a very rare medical condition and illness, being able to stay productive can pose challenges, but being able to make items for others using Mod Podge is priceless.
