The Big (Little Felt) Apple: A Giveaway!

April 25, 2011, 09:00 am  Posted by Craft Your Life Team

Any way you slice it, Big Little Felt Universe is fast becoming an online feltie sensation! And it’s no wonder–with full-size patterns and step-by-step photos for every project inside–you can stitch up all sorts of cuteness imaginable.

Our friends at MADE, Cake Spy, Prudent Baby, Maya*Made, and BurdaStyle have all hosted some fantastic giveaways around Big Little Felt Universe, but we’ve been saving this one just for you. Why? Because our Lark Crafts fans are the apple of our eye.

Which is why, I present to you a chance to win the cover project PLUS a copy of the book. Behold!—a crisp lil’ apple that looks good enough to eat. Even sweeter, it’s held together by Velcro and comes with a felt cutting board and knife.

An apple a day . . .

Author Jeanette Lim hand-stitched it herself, and to celebrate our new blog look (like what you see?) we’re giving away this little feltie gift to one lucky reader. How do you enter for a chance to win? Read on to find out.

All in all, there are twelve play sets in Big Little Felt Universe featuring over 70 projects for stitched, stuffed, squeezable fun. Want to camp out in your living room? The camping set project includes logs, fire, and s’mores! All work and no play? The home office with a laptop might be more your speed. Or, if you’re vying for that cover apple, consider making a banana, kiwi, watermelon, or pear.

For a taste of the fun, you can start with the Sundae project that we’re offering for free here. But to enter for a chance to win this giveaway, here’s what you need to do: Leave a comment on this post by 9 p.m. EST on Monday, May 2nd.

Any comment will do, but how about this: If you could stitch anything with felt, what would it be? A beloved pet? Your favorite past time? A particular food item? Anything goes! Feel free to “like” or “share” this post to add to the conversation.

One winner will be selected at random for the cover apple (with cutting knife and board) and copy of Big Little Felt Universe and announced on Friday, May 6th. Click here for the official rules.

Good luck and be sure to check back in for more Big Little Felt Universe surprises!
